About the Role:
We are seeking a result orientated professional to cultivate our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities to extend our training reach. With a proven track record in business development this role will play a key role in fostering relationships with new and existing partners.
Knowledge of government systems, political environments and policy with the ability to negotiate and influence peak bodies, community and workplace settings nationally and internationally will hold the incumbent in good stride.

- Support the implementation and commercialisation of MHFAI products.
- Set goals and develop plans for revenue growth including implementation strategies.
- Track, identify and add market opportunities to the sales pipeline through data analytics, high level research and networking. Pursue leads and move these through the sales cycle.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of grant proposals with a multi-disciplinary approach.
- Develop and lead key stakeholder relationships and/or mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Support Government engagement.
