Feedback: We routinely collect feedback and survey data from participants as part of MHFA courses. Participant feedback is an important way for Mental Health First Aid International to ensure that our programs are delivered to a high standard.

For the purposes of program evaluation, eligibility criteria of connection to the veteran community and demographic data (including age, state, location and gender) will be aggregated and de-identified to be anonymised before sharing with the funding partner the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for program evaluation purposes.

Additionally, with your permission, course feedback provided after completion of this course will be de-identified and anonymized, and shared with Phoenix Australia and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) for evaluation purposes. We respect your privacy and at no time pass on your identifiable personal information to any third party.
