Course - Blended Nursing Students - 25th-25th Feb - Armidale

The Blended Mental Health First Aid Course for the Nursing Students is a combination of eLearning plus a half day of face-to-face teaching. The course is for nursing students only and is free thanks to funding from the Australian Government until 31st March 2017. The focus of the course is how to help fellow students though course participants will learn mental health first aid skills that can be applied to help any adult.

This is the 4 hour face to face session that is required to complete the blended MHFA for Nursing Students course. The face-to-face session is completed after completing the online component on the course. On successful competing of the online component you will be issued an e-learning certificate and this certificate is required to complete your registration for the face-to-face session. Cate is an experienced mental health nurse who has been providing MHFA training to tertiary students for more than ten years and aims to make training interactive and enjoyable.https://mhfa.com.au/instructor/my/courses/manage No refreshments are provided in this half day course but participants are encourage to bring their own refreshments.
