Youth MHFA
The Youth Mental Health First Aid course is for adults working or living with adolescents (those aged between 12 and 18 years), however, the course can be relevant for those helping people who are a little younger or older. This course is particularly suitable for parents, school staff, sports coaches, and youth workers.

Experienced and relatable Instructor who holds an academic background in science, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching as well as training and assessment.

Veronica's vocational background is varied; scientific, community and teaching. She is motivated to help as many people certify in MHFA as possible and particularly to understand the urgency behind helping our youth and addressing mental illness early on.

The intimate training facility is located walking distance to Macedon Plaza in Templestowe Lower. Morning and afternoon refreshments are served and caters for GF as well as VG. BYO lunch or purchase at Macedon Plaza.
A Youth MHFA manual and notepaper are included.

Participants will receive their 3-year YMHFA accreditation and certificate following completion of the two-day course and successful completion of an online (open book) assessment.

Parking is available on Hotham St and if taking public transport, buses stop on the corner of Manningham Rd and Hotham St. Buses 305, 908, 903.
