Mind Australia Limited is one of the country's leading community-managed specialist mental health service providers. We have been supporting people dealing with the day-to-day impacts of mental illness, as well as their families, friends and carers for over 40 years. Mind is a registered NDIS provider.
Mental Health First Aid courses at Mind are attended by Mind Employees and the general public. We have had Community Mental Health Practitioners, TAFE teachers, Lawyers, Volunteers, Human Resource Managers, Occupational Therapy Students, Nutritionists, Tertiary Student Support Officers as well as carers and people with a lived experience of Mental Ill-health and recovery. Having such a diverse range of course participants makes for rich discussions and a unique learning experience.
