Some feedback from previous course participants:
"I enjoyed it. It's the second time I've done it and I loved Suzi's knowledge of the mental health sector. Being a Clinical Psychologist it meant her knowledge of mental health went far beyond what was needed to deliver this course and she could answer additional questions because of her wealth of knowledge and experience. I found that truly valuable."
"Very helpful! I thought the information was well communicated and easy to understand"
"very informative and equipping for everyday life made me more aware and vigilant of whats going on around me and more confident in being able to approach people in my community that may be struggling with mental health. Highly recommend it!"
