The Blended Online MHFA Community Course is adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults and teaches participants how to assist a friend, family member, or other members of the community who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

The course follows this format;

Course Component 1 - A self-paced eLearning component (takes 5-7 hours to complete) This is a self-directed e-learning package which is required to be completed PRIOR to the online video-conferencing facilitation sessions. A manual is provided for the course.
