This course teaches members of the public (18 years and over) how to assist an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander adult who is developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.

A Manual and workbook will be provided. Spaces are limited and will be capped. The training will be provided in a safe, secure and confidential environment. This course is a community education course, not a clinical course. The pre-registration form needs to be completed and returned asap. A tax invoice will be raised to secure the booking at the course. The training will be facilitated by a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Trainer with extensive Mental Health and NT Cultural experience. The training will be conducted in a safe, supportive and confidential environment. Can be privately booked for numbers greater than 12 plus learners.
