Daniela Mansfield (or Ella to everyone who knows her) is a Mental Health, Wellbeing and Personal Injury subject matter expert, with a passion for improving mental health within Australian workplaces. Ella supports organisations of all sizes to create psychologically safe and mentally healthy spaces for their employees, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as early intervention initiatives, such wellbeing and mindset training, MHFA accreditation, psychological injury risk management services, development of peer support programs, and leadership training / coaching.

Combining her experience in workers compensation and occupational rehabilitation fields, with further education in psychology and rehabilitation counselling, Ella is renowned in the industry for her subject matter expertise and ability to draw from her lived experience to provide well-considered and tailored solutions for Australian organisations of all sizes. Ella is an energetic and vibrant speaker, allowing her to easily engage audiences to consolidate learning and inspire change, making her a highly sought after presenter and training facilitator.

With a diverse background, Ella has worked on all sides of the stakeholder experience within the personal injury industry (National Workers Compensation Coordinator for a Non-Profit, multiple Workers Compensation Insurers in leadership-level roles, and in the Occupational Rehabilitation landscape, as a practitioner and leader) giving her a unique perspective on injury management. Ella also holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology (with Honours), and is currently Completing a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology with the University of Newcastle, as well as being a registered Rehabilitation Counsellor.

As a point of difference, Ella has been an organisational leader herself for many years and as such has an intimate understanding of the pressures faced by Managers & Leaders when supporting individuals with mental health concerns, as well as making the time to uphold personal self-care initiatives.

Ella is also an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and offers a suite of MHFA courses, such as Standard, Blended, and Refresher training, and frequently runs both public courses (via Marsh / Recovre), as well as private sessions for organisations.
