The Blended Online MHFA Community Course is adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults and teaches participants how to assist a friend, family member, or other members of the community who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Blended Online MHFA Community - 100% online in a blended format. * Course Component 1 - A self-paced eLearning component (takes 5-7 hours to complete). Participants need to first complete this component. This is done by purchasing an e-voucher directly from MHFA for $55. Please note this subsidised fee ends on 31/12/2020. * Course Component 2 - An Instructor-led component using video conferencing (2 sessions of 2.5 hours each including set up time).

Info about trainers: Catherine and Mark are experienced mental health professionals, counsellors, educators and trainers with decades of experience working within a variety of sectors including mental health, tertiary education, & community organisations. They draw from their wealth of experience and a diverse range of qualifications within the fields of Social Work, Education, Psychology & Mental Health.
