LEARN HOW TO SUPPORT SOMEONE WHO IS FEELING SUICIDAL

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training will teach you practical skills to support someone who is feeling suicidal. Make a real difference to people in your community.

LEARN PRACTICAL FIRST AID SKILLS

• Recognise the signs that someone may be suicidal • Help the person stay safe • Connect people to professional and other supports, and • Respond in a crisis situation

This is a 4-hour educational course, not a therapy or support group.

Upon completion of the training you will become a member of the Wanneroo & Communities Suicide Prevention Network Group which is supported by Wesley Lifeforce, access to additional resources, manual and certificate of completion.

Morning tea is included

Note: This course is not a therapy or a support group. This course is not recommended for individuals recently bereaved by suicide.
