Upon registering, you will need to choose both Day 1 and Day 2 Online Zoom training sessions. Once registered, you will receive an email with a personalized code to use for your self-directed online learning. The self-directed learning will need to be completed PRIOR to attending the 2 subsequent Zoom sessions. You will receive a digital copy of the Mental Health First Aid Handbook and you will also be mailed a hard-copy.
Once payment has been completed, a tax invoice will be provided. Payment can be made by direct deposit or all major credit cards. Course fees are transferable but non-refundable - if you are not able to make it on the day, you will be offered a place in the next available course.
Amanda is a registered Clinical Counsellor with extensive OHS and WorkCover experience. As a Principal instructor, Amanda is highly sought after, holding a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Masters degree in Counselling and Mental Health and has an academic background in Health Sciences and Evidence-Based practice. Participants complete their final assessment on-line to receive an additional three-year national accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider.
