Fleur's corporate knowledge, senior business leadership experience and extensive academic qualifications provides a safe, practical and insightful learning environment.
“I just wanted to say thank you for the course. I found it to be a very heavy but an extremely rewarding course. Everyone you talk to these days has been touched by mental health in some way and it makes you feel that little bit more confident knowing you have some skills to potentially make a difference in someone’s life. I have completed the assessment and received a score of 100% so your delivery was obviously brilliant, well done. Thanks again” - Nicky Woodward, Business Development Manager – Frame & Truss, ITW Residential
“Fleur is fantastic, a balance of utter professionalism and human warmth. Highly recommend her, thank you Fleur” “Fleur is a wonderful instructor. She was able to balance enabling group discussion but also being able to cover all the course content. She is very engaging, and I felt comfortable opening up, contributing to the discussion, or ask question at any point.” “I found Fleur to be extremely relatable and was able to contextualize the content, so it was very related to the workplace. Her style was easy to follow and she created a very inclusive and supportive environment.” - Quantium, HR team The Mental Health First Aid refresher course is a 4-hour face-to-face course delivered via Zoom video-conferencing for people who are accredited MHFAiders wishing to extend their accreditation for a further 3-years.
