Each participant will receive the latest MHFA manual, a quick reference guide on the completion of the training, and a MHFA accreditation certificate (after completed the assessment) This is available for anyone across Australia including regional and remote areas.

Training will be facilitated by Trish Thomas who is the founder and Director of PsychAssist and is an experienced and highly sought-after Mental Health facilitator, with accreditations in standard, youth and teen MHFA.

Trish has an Honours degree in Psychology and a postgraduate Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, and is renowned in the mental health industry for her hands-on expertise. The delivery of training provides participants with relevant, everyday life examples of putting mental health first aid into practice, and with over 20 years’ experience facilitating training, participants find her programs interactive, engaging and insightful.

Trish currently spends her time working individually with clients and workplaces in areas of mental health and wellness, along with facilitating mental health training programs.
