About Margo Blacklaw

Margo has developed and written many courses. She is an expert trainer and really knows how to put together specialised courses to meet the needs of her clients. She is an accredited trainer and hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Diploma of Education, Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment, Mental Health First Aid Certificate accredited trainer in standard, youth and blended online, 2 year Certificate in Counselling at the College of Holistic Counselling , participated in the Hoffman course and studied Non Violent Communication (Rosenberg). She is an enthusiastic and motivated professional and provides high quality, timely and cost-effectiveness services to all clients.

She has been providing training consultancy services to public and private sector organisations for over twenty (20) years. These services encompassed the full range of training needs including course design and development, writing and preparation of all materials, facilitation and presentation of courses direct to employees.

Prior to founding her own company, her training and development skills were first honed as a school teacher and further enhanced during a period in adult education in the TAFE and University system. That was followed by a period as a Training/Staff Development Officer within the Public Sector.

She is a diligent researcher and ensures that all course material is constantly reviewed and amended to reflect contemporary trends and to ensure compliance with changes in policy/Legislative prescription. When required, course content can be tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients.
