WorkPlace Interventions are a highly sought after training provider who has embraced our capability in the online setting and utilised our skilled team to transform all of our existing f2f training to either eLearning or flipped training (mix of online pre-recorded facilitator-led training followed with live eTraining). With our flipped learning model, WPI has been able to reach out to our clients and enable engaging, interactive programs - we know what we're doing and we do it well!

WPI are experts in the field of online training and we offer our participants and clients the optimal online experience.

We engage only highly experienced facilitators, who are subject matter experts within their own right, possessing a minimum of post-graduate qualifications in the field of mental health or related field. As importantly, we use only experienced trainers who are able to deliver high level, engaging sessions who adhere to and excel at meeting adult learning principals in this online environment.

Cassandra Danskin, our lead facilitator, is an experienced and highly sought-after "master" mental health Instructor, who is an ASORC registered rehabilitation counsellor. Combining paramedic, occupational rehabilitation and mental health degrees, Cassandra is renowned in the industry for her subject matter expertise, whilst her ability to use relevant examples in her delivery of an energetic and vibrant session means she engages participants to consolidate learning, making her one of the most sought after facilitators in her field. Cassandra has been facilitating face to face and online training for close to 8 years.

Participants will receive their 3-year MHFA accreditation and certificate following completion of the Standard course and successful completion of an online (open book) assessment.
