Additional Information

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed for anyone who knows, lives or works with or cares for young people aged 12-25 basically EVERYONE!

This course is similar to the standard mental health first aid course but also covers the two key topics of Eating Disorders and Non-Suicidal Self Injury.

Youth MHFA is ideal for teachers, coaches, youth workers, carers, parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, uni staff and students and anyone else who wants to learn the skills to identify early indications of a developing mental health problem and to be able to have meaningful conversations with those you love around mental health.

While this is technically the "YOUTH" course, the content here regarding mental health concerns and interventions can easily be applied to any age group.
