The Blended Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace course is a combination of eLearning plus a half day of face-to-face teaching. The course is for adults working in a white-collar work environment. The focus of the course is on how to help fellow co-workers, though course participants will learn mental health first aid skills that can be applied to help any adult.

The facilitator of this course, Rachel is an Registered Mental Health Nurse with many years of experience. With you I will explore mental illness, mental health and mental health first aid by drawing on career and life experience. This will be an interactive, fully informative learning experience in a safe and inclusive environment.

This is an opportunity to revise the e-learning component, and also to begin to put your learning into practice.

This is the second component for the blended MHFA course. A pre-requisite for this portion is the completion of the self directed e-learning.

On completion of the course participants will be eligible for national accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider.
