We engage only highly experienced facilitators, who are subject matter experts within their own right, possessing a minimum of post-graduate qualifications in the field of mental health or related field. As importantly, we use only experienced trainers who are able to deliver high level, engaging sessions who adhere to and excel at meeting adult learning principals in this online environment.

Senior Trainer of WorkPlace Interventions, Lauren Gledhill is a WorkCover and Wellbeing subject matter expert with a real passion, and importantly significant knowledge base for improving mental health within the workplace. Lauren has over 8 years experience as working as a high risk case manager and injury management advisor in the Victorian WorkCover scheme, as well as providing customised and tailored case management to support private organisations. Lauren supports businesses of all sizes to create mentally healthier workplaces, including the implementation of policies and produces and early intervention initiatives such as peer support programs. With a diverse background in WorkCover, education, business and health, Lauren possess over 9 years of working experience, both locally and nationally. Lauren regularly delivers Workplace, community, suicidal and specialised mental health courses to a variety of organisations, both publicly and privately.

Participants will receive their 3-year MHFA accreditation and certificate following completion of the Refresher course and successful completion of an online (open book) assessment.
