"I can honestly say hand on heart, that Joel’s delivery of this course, it's content & his approach & interaction with the group has made this the best training course I have ever attended.
Joel was very intuitive to the group & had an amazing skill of knowing when the value of some of our discussions outweighed forging ahead to the next topic.
The nature of our job roles and the environment we work in made this course incredibly relevant and as human beings, through trusted shared discussions, there was so much professional and personal relevance to its content.
Joel showed deep respect for the group & the discussions shared clearly demonstrated the ease we were put at.
There were ample opportunities for practicing challenging conversations which certainly instilled me with confidence, should I be placed in those situations as a staff support officer. Thank you Joel for a terrific two days."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the course with Joel. He was very engaging, knew the content well, enjoyed doing what he was doing and was easy to understand.
He is one of the best instructors I have had the privilege of being taught by. He gave positive feedback and instilled in me the confidence that I can do it. Thank you Joel."
