The facilitator of this course, Rachel is an Registered Mental Health Nurse with many years of experience. With you I will explore mental illness, mental health and mental health first aid by drawing on career and life experience. This will be an interactive, fully informative learning experience in a safe and inclusive environment.

This is an opportunity to revise the e-learning component, and also to begin to put your learning into practice.

On completion of the course participants will be eligible for national accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider.
