Having completed a PhD in the Department of Medicine at Melbourne University in 2000, Lee’s PhD investigated the pathophysiology of a number of mental illnesses. Dr Naylor researched her studies at the Mental Health Research Institute of Victoria with her findings being published in many International journals and delivered at many conferences.
Lee has a particular passion for encouraging a healthy body and healthy mind, being a two time Olympic track and field athlete, Commonwealth Games gold medallist and World Championships Bronze medallist, competing in the 400m and 4 x 400m relay, alongside her training partner Cathy Freeman during 1990-2000.
A highly knowledgeable, motivating and engaging presenter, Dr Naylor is regularly sought to speak at conferences and workplace events across a range of topics with 25 years industry experience in the health and wellbeing sector. Dr Naylor’s expertise as a program facilitator and extensive experience delivering the Mental Health First Aid program across a wide range of industry sectors, ensures she can reliably customise and target the MHFA training course to your workplace and staffing needs.
