Fay Jackson is an engaging and exciting Principal Master Trainer and motivational speaker who has won many state and national awards for her work in mental health. In 2012 she was honoured with the inaugural Mental Health First Aid Champion Award. In 2013 she was appointed as Deputy Commissioner for NSW Mental Health Commission which speaks to her integrity, knowledge and passion about mental health and recovery. She is sort after as an international speaker and trainer. She is the CEO of Vision In Mind (VIM) which offers training, education and consultancy. VIM has unique, creative and sustainable solutions to problems arising from mental health issues in the workplace, services and community.

Fay has been a Director of a large public Mental Health Service and lectures regularly at The Institute of Psychiatry, the Brain and Mind Institute and Sydney University. She brings a great deal of humour and passion to the training. She uses lived experience stories to make the training unforgettable. Her feedback sheets are always outstanding and every delegate who completes her training receives her email address and phone number so they have her support into the future, however long that may be.

Fay is also General Manager of Inclusion at Flourish Australia, a large Not for Profit supporting people with mental health issues and people receiving NDIS support.

She was the first consumer speaker for Beyondblue, the Rotary health Research Fund and has previously trained the SANE Australia and Black Dog speakers.
