Instructor Profile

I am an accredited, experienced and respected trainer and assessor who delivers in an engaging, stimulating way. I am passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and I believe by educating and providing the skills in MHFA to the community it will ensure early intervention and support for those who most need it. I have qualifications in counselling, business, leadership & management and am able to contextualise MHFA into workplace settings to make it relevant and beneficial to the organisation. I facilitate public MHFA courses in innovative areas to enhance the messages of mindfulness, wellness and nature and am able to provide these options to private/corporate groups of 12-20 participants.
