I am passionate about mental health, assisting all community members and workplaces understand and apply the fundamental principles when assisting an individual who is presenting with a mental health issue.

Having many years of academic and vocational professional experience I am able to tailor to all individual needs and am committed to making your learning experience positive, fun and rewarding.

I have extensive professional and personal experience in the following areas: Mental Health, L.G.B.T.Q.I.A+, Youth Work, Community Services, Disability, Work Health and Safety, Agriculture and Career Development.

I am able to deliver the Accredited Mental Health First Aid Training one on one or in a group setting as well as facilitate training within any workplace and/or organisation.
