Facilitator Feedback:

"I recently participated in mental health first aid training with Melissa Sherman. Melissa is an exceptional trainer. In particular I was very impressed with how she created a safe and supportive environment that allowed each participant to contribute confidently; despite the sensitive and challenging subject matter. This was due to the authentic and sincere manner in which she delivered the content and the engaging way she communicated with the audience, together with her extensive knowledge about mental health.

Thanks to Melissa, I feel more confident in my ability to safely support others who may be suffering with mental health issues both in my professional and personal life."

"Melissa was a great instructor. Her knowledge of the course was in depth and was very engaging and easy to understand. Melissa was considerate to sensitive topics and was available for a chat if I needed which was nice to know."

"Melissa is an exceptional teacher with comprehensive and thorough knowledge in mental health. Her supportive and sensitive approach allowed each participant to participate safely. The range of questions that she answered with ease demonstrated her vast knowledge and experience."
