Instructor Profile

Barbara is an accredited Mental Health First Aid facilitator and has a passion in delivering this training to individuals and organisations around Australia as well as internationally. Her background is in Social work and Natural Medicine and these days she works as a Life Coach and Support Worker in a private Hospital for addictions and Mental Health as well as in her own Life Coaching business . For years she has delivered trainings for health care practitioners and has supported many people through tough times in her role as Social worker and Life Coach. Barbara also works as a volunteer at Lifeline. She is prepared to deliver the trainings for MHFA around Australia, be it in the cities or in rural areas. It is all about raising the awareness of mental health and learning how to do it in a confident and trust worthy way.
