My goal through the Mental Health First Aid program is to empower people with knowledge and understanding about mental health problems; reduce stigma particularly amongst the CALD (Culturally and Linguistic Diverse) population; identify the importance of early intervention, prevention and with confidence to assist and seek help appropriately.
