Caitlin Marshall has worked for over twenty years in the area of community development, adult education, mental heath and social work.

She is the co-founder of Makeshift, an innovative social impact agency that provides support and education on the link between creativity and mental wellbeing. She designed an 8 week Creativity on Prescription program that support people with PTSD, Anxiety and Depression in exploring evidence based self-regulation and self-care practices.

Caitlin works as a Trainer for Rape and Domestic Violence Services Australia, regularly facilitating training on Vicarious Trauma in the Workplace, Workplace Responses to Gender-Based Violence, and Responding with Compassion. She has taught at Swinburne TAFE, Victoria University and Latrobe in Community Services and Social Work courses.

In the field, she has worked as a frontline crisis worker in the areas of sexual assault, homelessness, community care, justice health and drug and alcohol.
