Charlee is a Behavior Support Practitioner currently working for Interaction Disability Services providing behavior support and intervention to people and families living with disability. Charlee is also a student of Macquarie University where she is completing her BA Psychology honors degree. After completing her Community Services qualification 2013, Charlee has worked in the community services industry for 7 years across multiple departments including; disability, special education, mental health services and behavior and allied health services. She is experienced in supporting diverse communities and providing mental health training services within varied industries and settings. Charlee is passionate about her work and specializes in providing mental health services to those living with a dual diagnosis of disability and mental illness and is eager to promote education and awareness on how we can all support the people in our lives who may be experiencing mental distress.

Charlee ensures her course participants a warm, non-judgmental environment to learn how to support someone experiencing a mental health issue through the application of mental health first aid. She has a strong focus on challenging stigma, gaining confidence in your own abilities and feeling strong and capable enough to help others. Charlee provides an engaging and flexible service that caters for all learning styles and levels of experience.
