Tim has more than 25 years experience leading teams and businesses across the Corporate Sector, Government and Law Enforcement, Tim brings a unique perspective to his areas of expertise. This experience has led him to the conclusion that Mental Health is the single biggest people issue facing our community in the 21st century. In fact he refers to this as an epidemic! These challenges include:
The increasing prevalence of Depression and Anxiety in our population,
The stigma attached to mental health issues
The simple fact that many organisations create mentally unhealthy environments that contribute to this epidemic

Tim's qualifications include:
Bachelor or Arts (Charles Sturt University)
Advanced Diploma in Public Safety (Police Investigation)
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation)
Tim is dedicated to working with all areas of our community to address these challenges. In the context of Mental Health he focusses on:
Leadership (organisational and community),
Personal and group coaching and training,
People Analytics and data as part of organisational and community decision making.
Public speaking
Tim blends deep experience and technical knowledge with a pragmatism that acknowledges commercial and community realities and the fact that ultimately everything in our community needs to be brought to life by people. He is a firm believer that, ‘Culture eats strategy for breakfast’ and, as such, must be the number one driver for organisational and community change and excellence.
Tim holds a range of Board and Board Committee positions, is a Director of his own business and in active in his community. He is based in Sydney and has 2 teenage children who are doing their best to break him!
Tim is an exceptional communicator and influencer who tackles complex issues and problems with a simple, straightforward style and a ‘Call it how it is’ philosophy.
