My core values: Authenticity, Knowledge, Open-Minded, Strength & Wisdom.

Values matter, understanding your own and leading a value led life is of the utmost importance.

As a group program facilitator the above values like in life serve as my guide.

I have a broad range of facilitation skills, utilising both my lived and learnt experience to ensure participants connect with the content.

Growing up in rural Tasmania, the experience I bring to group training include my past roles of being a soldier and a medic as well as working in human resources, training and safety occupations. With a ‘lived experience’ of mental ill health I bring a passion to the subject that is evident in both my ‘one on one’ peer/coaching and counselling roles along with my group workshops and courses.

I facilitate group programs to a broad range of the community including those in the finance, hospitality, health and not-for-profit industries as well as to both current and serving Defence and Emergency Services’ personnel.

Please don’t hesitate in making contact with me to discuss your or your organisation’s mental health and wellbeing needs.

I firmly believe that a Mental Health First Aid accreditation should be held by everyone. Your location, financial constraints or mental health 'literacy' will not be a barrier to becoming a Mental Health 'First Aider' contact me to discuss your needs.
