Suzi is passionate about helping people learn about Mental Health and the benefits of becoming a Mental Health First Aider. Suzi runs her own resilience building business (kaizenb.com) and is a certified facilitator in Emotional Intelligence and Everyday Heroes Programs with The Langley Group. She has created her own program “Workbench for the mind”.

Suzi believes in focusing on our strengths and using them to live our best lives! Her focus is Education, Health and LGA sectors paying attention to cross-generational language and communication.

People of any age don’t need to “toughen up” they need to learn how the brain basics work.

It’s not about being happy all the time life doesn’t work that way however, with finding our strengths and living to our own values we have the tools to manage our emotions and cope with life’s challenges in a more productive way.

Experience in relationship building within government, recruitment, and media industries. Along with studies in Law and mediation has proven excellent communication skills to be able to assist with understanding clients/people’s needs across most industries. Experienced at mentoring and advising across Governing Council and Committees and currently implementing regional resilience programs in the Riverland & Murray Mallee of South Australia, Business Development, Mentoring – Executive Coaching

Through my own personal journey, I have found the benefits of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing - So much so I decided to become a certified facilitator in Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, Optimism, Emotional Intelligence & Strengths with The Langley Group. This led me to create my own program “Workbench for the mind”. I believe we need to focus on our strengths and use them to live our best lives! My focus is Education, Health and LGA sectors paying attention to cross-generational language and communication.
