Through my own personal journey, I have found the benefits of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing - So much so I decided to become a certified facilitator in Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, Optimism, Emotional Intelligence & Strengths with The Langley Group. This led me to create my own program “Workbench for the mind”. I believe we need to focus on our strengths and use them to live our best lives! My focus is Education, Health and LGA sectors paying attention to cross-generational language and communication. People of any age don’t need to “toughen up” they need to learn how the brain basics work.
It’s not about being happy all the time life doesn’t work that way however, with finding our strengths and living to our own values we have the tools to manage our emotions and cope with life’s challenges in a more productive way.
