As an in engaging, extensively knowledgeable & productive training facilitator & mental health subject matter expert, I have 18 years professional experience in the field of Mental Health , Suicide Prevention, Education, Eating Disorders, Psychosis & Lifespan Health Promotion. I led facilitation for WA Association of Mental Health, SANE Australia and have facilitated by recommendation, mental health training for the WA Education Department, Australian Tax Office, Dept. Mines & Petroleum, WA Treasury, Wesfarmers, Australia Post, KPMG, BHP, Woodside, Youth Focus, Headspace, RIO Tinto, WA & Victoria Police & many NGO's to name a few. I work with each attendee to help them understand in a practical and effective learning style to assist in gaining the best return on their investment with Well-Sense & MHFA.

By understanding the principles of adult learning styles, utilising the most of conducive learning environments, I have garnered effective experience of training deliverables, excellent evaluation outcomes and attendee's return on their investment for my various training programs. My courses adhere to the principles of MHFA and also incorporates an equal level of learning participation, respect, my extensive professional knowledge of mental health and illness issues along with a collaborative, supportive approach to learning for all attendees in a professional atmosphere. I have effectively developed and facilitated training programs and Train The Trainer models of mental health to adult learners from clinical practitioners, educators, front- line defence staff, educators , communities, mining and resource companies including remote and regional mining sites,corporate & non- government organisations throughout remote, regional metro WA and Interstate. My work also incorporates delivering mental health training to over 3,000 primary and high school educators, parents ,students and the workplace during 2016. I facilitated the University of Manchester's STORM (Suicide Prevention program) and with 18 years professional experience in the field of MH & suicide prevention which included conducting bi-annual psychological autopsies for the Coroner and its coronial audits in the North West United Kingdom. I was the WA Network Coordinator for the Ministerial Council for Suicide Prevention (MSCP) working closely and in-situ with regional, metro and remote WA high risk communities to gain suicide prevention funding from the MCSP. My body of professional work includes education, workplaces and working extensively in mining and resource settings for FIFO and workplace mental health. I have collaborated with and developed and delivered various training programs with success and successful learning outcomes. I have co-authored submissions for the WA and Queensland Parliamentary Inquiries into FIFO Mental Health & Suicide.
