About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time permanent Executive Director International Programs, Quality & Research who is masterful at building strong relationships and a thriving team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading our new International Programs, Research and Evaluation, Curriculum and Quality team, providing dynamic, hands-on leadership during a time of advancement on the national and international fronts.

The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician with a proven track record in leading large and complex multidisciplinary result orientated health service teams and will have a deep understanding of the Australian mental health and suicide prevention sectors.

A strategic thinker they will develop and execute plans focused on international growth, engagement and communication in addition to implementing a quality management framework. The ability to expand in-house mental health expertise will also be key.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time permanent Executive Director Strategic Relationships & Advocacy who will have established networks across state and federal government and a natural aptitude to lead high performing teams.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

A strong background in senior government and public policy the Executive Director will develop, plan and implement Mental Health First Aid International’s government, industry and public policy and advocacy programs.

With a strategic mindset you will drive the organisations public advocacy program   and work in coalition with peak bodies and mental health sector stake holders to support reform initiatives. Strengths in influencing, advocating and fostering productive relationships essential.

The role requires application of high level analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and develop strategic opportunities and relationships that build Mental Health First Aid International’s profile and reach.

About the Role:

We are seeking four full-time permanent Support Services Officers who will provide an exceptional experience for those who contact and interact with MHFA International. Successful candidates will be passionate about supporting people and be committed to resolving queries promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • First point of contact for all MHFA inquiries.
  • Maintain a standard of excellence in service in line with our processes, quality measures and organisational policies.
  • Monitor workflows around incoming enquiries and outgoing support in a timely manner.
  • Provide information and consultation to customers on MHFA course selection, delivery options, arrangement of private courses and planned delivery of MHFA courses.
  • Support the day-to-day running of Australian Operations by completing key administrative tasks with our key systems; Zendesk, Salesforce, Moodle and Instructor Portal.
  • Supporting the stakeholder journey including use of our website, Salesforce, MHFA online Shop, MHFA Courses/Products, Moodle, Instructor Portal.
